Wayne William Harrison, 60, passed away on March 3, 2013. He was a friend to all and will be missed dearly. Wayne was the kind of man that is an instant friend from the first smile, joke, or first meeting. He loved telling his jokes, and even if you didn’t want to laugh he found a way to bring a smile to your face. Wayne loved to golf and was an avid Monday night football watcher especially when San Diego Chargers were playing. If Wayne could have had it his way he would have cuddled with his golf clubs every night and showed his bonsai trees every day. He enjoyed learning and taking care of his bonsai trees to the point where he actually took them on a vacation to Minnesota once. Wayne was also a member of both the Scottsdale and Phoenix bonsai society. Although his life was taken too short Wayne will be remembered by his many friends left here on this earth and most importantly his family. Wayne leaves his loving wife Lori, who he married and celebrated 15 blessed years together on Valentine’s Day. His two dogs Minnie and Jack, sister Cheryl (Bill) Hylton, with niece Stacy Hylton, and nephew Tim Hylton, brother Craig Harrison, extended family, and Pat Ekvall mother-in-law. He will be rejoined on the fairways by his parents Norman and Dorthy and all of his passed beloved dogs; Snoopy, Marci, Mandy, Pepi, and Luci. Wayne was a special man to all, enduring friend, and most importantly a good guy. A visitation is scheduled for Thursday March, 7, 2013 from 6-8pm, and services on Friday March 8, 2013 at 11am.
