David Ronald Frykholm, age 54, passed away on August 26, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on November 3, 1966 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to his loving parents, Patricia E. (Skoog) Frykholm and Ronald L. Frykholm. David was raised in Bloomington, Minnesota where he graduated from Kennedy High School. He then went onto graduate from the University of North Dakota in 1990.
David married the love of his life, Corby Leann Moser in 1996, and the couple had one child. David was a proud Dallas Police Officer in the Traffic Division for more than 31 years. He was happiest enjoying photography and taking photos – especially mountains and nature. David was also a very talented woodworker and loved building furniture and craft designed pieces. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing with Yuri. He also had a passion for travelling, and was looking forward to it in his retirement.
David’s friends and family will always remember him “As a Good Guy”. He was always willing to help anyone, and was a kind, caring and loyal person.
David is preceded in death by his wife, Corby Leann (Moser) Frykholm. He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Patricia Frykholm; son, Yuri David Frykholm; and in-laws, Billie and Shirley Moser.
We want to express our THANKS to Dr. Vikas Bhushan and his staff at Texas Oncology. We also wish to thank all those who cared for David at Medical City Hospital; especially the nurses on 12A who so lovingly cared for him in his last days.
