Esperanza Ponce de Gutierrez

Nació en Panuco, Veracruz, México el 14 de Febrero de 1943 , hija de Constancio Ponce y Juana González. Ellos la precedieron en el camino al igual que su hijo José Gutierrez y sus hermanos Constancio, Juan y José Ponce.

En su vida fue una Gran Mujer, Esposa y Madre Amorosa, Amable, Atenta y Cariñosa sin dejar de ser Fuerte, Protectora, Dedicada, Respetuosa e Incondicional de su Esposo e Hijos transmitiendo, entregando y esparciendo amor y felicidad como una de sus más grandes virtudes y solo deseando recibir lo mismo de la gente que la amaba y respetaba.

Vivió en diferentes ciudades como Cd. Mante y Monterrey en México y en las ciudades de Mesquite y finalmente en Dallas, Texas en Estados Unidos. En sus años de juventud estuvo trabajando con un Dr. Pediátrico donde fungió como asistente médico, siempre tuvo un gran amor por los niños por lo que también durante su vida apoyo en el cuidado y desarrollo de varios. Gran parte de su vida la dedico a ser una extraordinaria Ama de Casa, gran cocinera, costurera, así como muchos logros más, siendo maestra y guía de la vida para sus hijos, nietos, bisnietos y otros, soporte de quien necesitara apoyo físico o moral logrando así transmitir ese amor, felicidad y cariño tan importante para ella. Espiritualmente siempre mantuvo su gran fe católica. Obtuvo su ciudadanía americana y posteriormente su doble ciudadanía México-Americana unos de sus grandes logros.

On December 31, 2024, Esperanza Ponce de Gutiérrez, at the age of 81, left her earthly life and her spirit began its journey to meet God.

She was born in Panuco, Veracruz, Mexico on February 14, 1943, daughter of Constancio Ponce and Juana González. They preceded her on the path as did her son José Gutierrez and her brothers Constancio, Juan and José Ponce.

In her life she was a Great Woman, Loving, Kind, Attentive and Affectionate Wife and Mother while still being Strong, Protective, Dedicated, Respectful and Unconditional to her Husband and Children, transmitting, giving and spreading love and happiness as one of her greatest virtues and only wishing to receive the same from the people who loved and respected her.

She lived in different cities such as Cd. Mante and Monterrey in Mexico and in the cities of Mesquite and finally in Dallas, Texas in the United States. In her youth she worked with a Pediatric Doctor where she served as a medical assistant, she always had a great love for children so she also supported in the care and development of several during her life. She dedicated a large part of her life to being an extraordinary housewife, a great cook, a seamstress, as well as many other achievements, being a teacher and life guide for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and others, supporting whoever needed physical or moral support, thus managing to transmit that love, happiness and affection so important to her. Spiritually she always maintained her great Catholic faith. She obtained her American citizenship and later her dual Mexican-American citizenship as some of many accomplishments.

She is survived by her husband Pedro Gutierrez, her children Pedro Antonio, Sandra Evelyn, Edgardo, Roberto and Eric
