Kenneth “Mickey” Rudolph Mowell, age 73, entered into rest on February 4, 2017 in Mesquite, Texas. He was born on July 2, 1943 in Lynchburg, Virginia to Claude and Elsie Mowell. Kenneth served as a Fire Fighter for Portsmouth, Virginia. He is survived by his girlfriend Shirley; his sister Norma Malinoski; brother Leroy Mowell; Nephews Fred and Ernie Johnson; and niece Kim Long.
