Linda "Candy" Wedgeworth was born April 11, 1947 in Quitman, Texas and went home to meet her Lord and Saviour on December 14, 2022 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 75 to spend her First Christmas in Heaven.
Candy is preceded in death by her parents Sylvester James Crear and Christine Rhymes-Crear.
She is survived by her 3 children Anthony Brown, Dee Vonia CayCe and husband Kirk, Randy Darnell Wedgeworth, 3 grandchildren Kirstin Ruiz and husband Jesus, Ayana "Rhysie" Vivens and Langston Brown, 1 great grandson Enzo William Ruiz, sister Cassie Phifer, brother James Crear and wife Gilda, nephews Robert Jr., Eric, James Jr., Rodney, niece Tracie and numerous other family members and friends are all left to cherish her life and legacy that she leaves behind.
The family takes great comfort in knowing that their mother is on streets of pure gold walking hand in hand with her Lord and Saviour and they will see her again.
