Vicki and the King family lived next door when we moved to the country west of Quinlan.  I will never forget meeting Vicki outside ...she immediately told me she HATED the country life!! She couldn't believe it when I told her it was my dream....we were fast friends, she welcomed my foster children with me, cradled and loved them, sent their wonderful leftovers to us, introduced us to Temerias Mexican Restaurant, shared her comps at the HORSESHOE, and most especially , loved my father who lived with us.  My dad got the biggest kick out of Vickie!  Too many memories to list...I just know she was a devoted friend and Domestic Goddess! She did and would do  for everyone ...except herself...although our lives took different paths as the years passed, when a memory surfaced ,  it would warm my heart...and still does. I pray she is embracing Chuck , cuddling with Charlie, "her PERFECT DOG" ,getting along with Charles, who provided generously , spoiled her , and supported her upscale taste....
and of course , sharing a dirty joke or colorful  comment with my dad... PERFECT.




Chuck and Clint were best friends. Clint never truly recovered from his death.  He cared a lot for Charles and Vickie! Our family is saddened by all the losses this family has endured! God bless Lisa and remaining loved ones! Your in our prayers!!

Vicki and I raised our children together. We shared many hours on the ball fields and at cheerleading practice. She loved to have a good time and enjoy life.  We had a strong group of friends that we shared everything with, like mornings at the donut shop, shopping, bowling, and just being together.  She is now with the two most important men in her life. Charles, her husband and Chuck, her son. She leaves behind her daughter Lisa and her many grandchildren that she adored.
