Ann Marie Smith

Ann Marie Smith, born in New Orleans, LA on June 22, 1969, passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 56. Ann was a resident of Kenner, LA for the past 54 years. She graduated from Bonnabel High School in 1987. As a young girl, she was a member of the Girl Scouts and later in life, taught Line Dancing at Good Times Charlie's. She enjoyed spending time at Lake Pontchartrain watching the water, especially during the rain. She worked as a Cashier and Server at Cafe' du Monde in Kenner.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Wilson Smith, Sr., and Marie Patterson Smith; and her granddaughter, Xiomara Rosalynn Wallis.

Survivors include her loving children, Charles John MIller, III and Jamie Marie Miller (Roosevelt Wallis); her brother, Larry Wilson Smith, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ava Lynn Miller and Itzayana Rose Wallis; niece, Piper Marie Smith; and close family friend, Jayde Lynne Whitaker.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
