Ceora Kathryn Ferguson, age 88, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in New Orleans, LA. Wife of the late Wayne Ferguson. Mother of Cheryl Kathryn McConnell (Donald) and Donna Ruth Enneking (widow of David). Beloved daughter of the late Dale and Ruth Blake and sister of the late Orene Nicholson and Bill Blake. Grandmother of Laura Hobby and the late Kevin McConnell. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren, Regina, Trevor and Kyle and step daughter Lavone Virgen (Harold and step grandchildren.

Born in Kansas November 25, 1924 and lived in Branson, MO until July of 2009 when she moved to New Orleans, LA. She lived at Sunrise of Metairie Assisted Living where the people there also became like family to her. They were wonderful to her and she made many friends. She was a member of Fellowship Bible Church where she loved learning about the Lord. The people there befriended her and someone there was always willing to help with her new life in New Orleans. That was a great gift from God in her life.
