Eileen Ann Alleman

Eileen Douga Alleman went home to her Heavenly Father on Saturday August 10, 2013 at 6:55 a.m. Beloved wife of the late Camile "Shug" J. Alleman Jr. Loving mother of Elaine "Laine" A. Floyd (and husband, Gilbert), Gerard "Bubba" Alleman (and wife, Peggy) and Mark Alleman (and wife, Aurora). Sister of Mary Ellen Douga Wells (and husband, Totsie) and the late Eunice and Edward Douga. Cousin and dear friend of June Nolan Wells. Daughter of the late Zee and Mary Douga. Also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. The family would like to express a special "Thank You" to Serenity Hospice for the love and care that they provided. Aged 86 years, a native and former resident of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana for the past 27 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, on Monday afternoon August 12, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening, August 11, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Monday.
