George Michael Coll, Sr. went to his eternal rest on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 surround by his loved ones. He is survived by his devoted wife of over 62 years Marion Newhouse Coll, their four children George Coll, Jr. (Adele), Arthur Coll, Christopher Coll, Sr. and Kathline Perez (Antonio), sister Audrey Harris, sister in-laws Barbara Dendinger and Judy Newhouse. He was the loving grandfather to his nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. in Metairie on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and continue until the time of the Service. The interment will take place in Cypress Grove in New Orleans immediately following.
