Isabel Irula Martinez

Isabel Martinez, age 84, passed away at her Metairie, LA residence on Saturday, March 15, 2014. Wife of the late Santos E. Martinez. Devoted mother of Santiago E. Martinez (Nimia), Maria M. Redler (Ronald), Rosa M. Simmons (Robin), Otto Steve Martinez (Maria), A. Marlene Loyacono (Jerry), Juan R. Martinez (Nidia), Luis F. Martinez (Monica), Jeronimo Martinez, Edy Martinez, and Patricia M. Vazquez (David) and the late Onan Martinez. Sister of America Castaneda, Teresa Galeas, Elvia Irula, Carlos Irula, Edgardo Ramirez and Ramon Irula. Also survived by 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services from the Metairie home of THARP-SONTHEIMER-THARP, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. at 43rd St. on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Robert Eubanks officiating. Visitation on Sunday from at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment in Garden of Memories.
