Born in Łódź, Poland to the late Mark and Ruth Skorecki, Lila survived the Holocaust and built a life defined by resilience, love, and devotion to her family.
She is survived by her husband, Norman Millen, her daughter Jennifer (Alan) Fertel, her sister, Anne (the late Stan) Levy, and her brother, Adam (Jodie) Skorecki. Lila was preceded in death by her daughter Natalie (survived by Joel) Brown. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Rachel (Oded), Simone (Dan), Ruth (Ami), Sarah (Oren), Mark (Rena), and Rebecca (Avi) and her great-grandchildren: Netanel, Gavriel, Nechama, Eliyahu, Natalie, and Ephraim.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside services at Chevra Thilim Memorial Park Cemetery, 5000 Iberville Street on Tuesday, August 26th at 1:00pm. Contributions in her honor can be made to the charity of your choice.
