Louise Rita Heath

Louise Rita Heath, age 97, peacefully went to heaven, surrounded by her loving family on February 15th, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Gertrude Meade Schaeffer; her brothers, Harold, John, Michael, Leo and Lawrence Schaeffer; and her sister, Elaine Schaeffer Forrester. Louise is survived by her two loving daughters; Kerry Ann Herbert (Ronald) and Kathleen May Tusa; her Grandchildren; Donna Marie Bickmann (Stephen), Christine Louise Herbert, Nicole Maria Tusa and Natalie Tusa Almerico (Joseph). Louise also leaves behind eleven Great-Grandchildren and seven Great-Great Grandchildren. Louise touched many lives with her unconditional love and will be missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday morning, February 21, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home's chapel.
