Marie Louise Nichols passed away peacefully on June 6, 2014 after a brief illness. Marie was preceded in death by her parents Marie Anna Cahill Nichols and Addison J. Nichols and her beloved brother Addison J. Nichols, Jr.
She is survived by her nephew Addison J. Nichols III, her cousins Elizabeth (Betty) Sullivan, John Sullivan, Andrée Sullivan, Donna Sullivan, Alison Sullivan, Erin Copeland, Ella Copeland, Tripp Copeland and Sally Roth who was like a sister.
She will be missed by all of her family and friends. Marie enjoyed good music and movies. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor. She leaves those left behind with many fond memories.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am with a Graveside Service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
