Marie-Raquel Randazzo

Marie-Raquel Randazzo, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the age of 74, surrounded by the people who loved her most. She was born on March 8, 1942. She was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and lived in Kenner for the past 6 years. Grand-daughter of the late Dr. Ramon Oriol and Marie Dephine Fortier. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Joseph Triche, Jr. and Muriel Mae Oriol Triche; by her loving husband, Benny A. Randazzo, Sr. of 44 years; her son, Benny A. Randazzo, Jr.(Gypsy); and brother, Ramon Triche; sister-in-law, Mary Jean Marks and husband, Leon. She is survived by her children, Yvonne(Rusty), Yvette(Ricky), and Bryan(Shelly); her 11 grandchildren, Monica(Richie), Bradley, Brandon, Therese, Traci, Cody, JJ, Richard, Victoria, Rory, and Aurora. Also by her 2 great-grandchildren, Trinity and Joseph. She is also survived by 4 brothers, Ernest III, Edward(Judy), Philip(Gabby), Paul(Gina/deceased), and Claudia Triche wife of Ramon who is deceased; one sister, Mary Catherine Carbo(Harry/deceased); sister-in-law, Linda Randazzo(Lawrence/deceased). Marie-Raquel was a member of the St. Mary Magdalen Ladies Auxiliary, the St Margaret Mary Queen of Scotland Ladies Auxiliary and the Celebration Church and a CR and Life Group member. We would like to thank the staff at Ochsner Kenner Hospital, Westminster Tower, and Serenity Hospice, for helping us through this difficult time. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM..
