Patrick Llewellyn Johns passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, September 7, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was 68 years old and a resident of Metairie, LA for many years. Patrick was born May 27, 1946 in Ft. Bragg, CA and grew up in Mt Carmel, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Clair L. Johns and Mrs. Nicole Dreyer Johns, and a son, Gabriel Ronzani. Husband of Mary Jurado Johns. Sister of Christine Johns Mitchell. Father of Lucas (Kim) and Matthew (Jana). Grandfather of Georgia, Kaleb, Jacob, Ashley and Emily Johns. Step-father of Donald Fitzgerald, Kelly Fitzgerald Churchill, Tracy Fitzgerald Falk, and Holly Fitzgerald Moeller. Step-grandfather of Josiah, Andrew, Jesse, Melody, Clayton, Evan and Joel Moeller, Katherine and Rebecca Churchill, and Kendall and Daniel Falk. Brother-in-law of Raymond Jurado. Memorial services and interment to be held privately at a later date.
