

He was born September 7, 1951 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Rayfield and Anne Froeba. He found his soul mate and partner for life at the age of 24, when he married Catherine Rosselli of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Louisiana Tech University.
Early in his career, he held management positions over several automotive tire and repair businesses. He moved on to be a part of the Small Business Administration Disaster Recovery Team before retiring.
He loved the outdoors and nature, tending to his garden, spending time with his family, and playing with his grandchildren. He enjoyed going out for dinner and quiet nights at home watching movies with Cathy. In his most recent years, Randy and Cathy enjoyed themselves and time with family at their River House in Ponchatoula, Louisiana where fishing, relaxing, easy walks, and building the best camp fires filled his heart with joy.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy; their daughter, Amy Tilford and her husband Shane Tilford; their son Kyle Froeba and his wife Elizabeth Froeba; and grandchildren Arden Tilford, Shane Tilford Jr, Emile Froeba, and Elodie Froeba; step-grandchildren Isabel Tilford and Chloe Tilford, all of whom live in Southern Louisiana, and brought great joy to his life.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting to plant a tree in memory of Randolph Froeba via www.alivingtribute.org. As a boy he spent time in Kaibab National Forest in Arizona. He treasured these moments and spoke about them often, if an option please select Kaibab National Forest as the location.
Funeral services will be held at St. Rita Church in Harahan, Louisiana on July 30, 2022. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am with Mass following at 12:30 pm. There will be a burial immediately following services at St. Louis Cemetery #3 on Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans.
