Devoted husband of the late Emma Stout Halligan of 58 years.

Loving father of Dana H. Grimes (John), Dorothia Halligan and Calvin P. Halligan.

Proud grandfather of Dawn Lopez (Keith), John D. Grimes (Melanie), Lori Ramos (Robie), Miki Keller, Dennis Halligan (Erin) and 9 great grandchildren.

Son of the late Florence Riehm Halligan and Everette P. Halligan.

Brother of Dorothy H. Estave, Floyd Halligan, Gloria H. Hotard (Alvin), Jakie Halligan, Patsy H. Cantelli and preceded in death by his brother E. J. Halligan and sister Rosemary H. Daleo.

Raymond is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 90, a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Raymond served his country in the United States Army during World War II and was a retired equipment operator with the I.U.O.E. Local 406 after many years of service.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until Mass time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
