Robert W. Becker, Sr. entered into the gates of Heaven on Tuesday September 11, 2012. He was a dedicated worker at Avondale Shipyard for 41 years. Son of the late Louis G. Becker and Gladys M. Becker. Survived by his wife of 45 years Susan L. Becker. Father of Robert W. Becker, Jr. (wife Patricia Becker) and Stacy L. Becker. Grandfather of Brenna R. Becker and Robert W. Becker III. Brother of Beverly Lefort. Also survived by a host of family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie on Friday September 14, 2012 at 2:00pm.
