On behalf of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association and Brother Martin High School, I offer our prayers and condolences. We will say a Mass in his memory.

Father of all, we pray to you for Mr. Bobby, and for all those whom we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them. May his soul and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Even though he was a quiet man, there was never a dull moment around Papa.  He loved to dole out facts about old New Orleans buildings (and their fire safety preparedness, or lack thereof), and there was such joy watching him and his two left feet.  I fondly recall countless family picnics, summer weekends in Clermont Harbor, days spent crabbing along the Lakefront, visits at the fire engine house, and sharing Jell-O with fruit cocktail.  We sure do miss you.
