Rosemary Holderith Evans

Rosemary Cecelia Holderith Evans was reunited in heaven with her husband, Gerald L. Evans, on the evening of Monday, October 8, 2012 at the age of 88. She was born in New Orleans and grew up in Waveland, MS. Rosemary was a graduate of Bay High in Bay St. Louis, MS and the Mississippi State College for Women. She resided in Kenner for the past 60 years. Rosemary was an active member of the Kenner United Methodist Church for the past 55 years, where she had many dear and loving friends. Daughter of the late Alice A. Vasterling and Harold Kirchberg Holderith. She is survived by three children, Rose Lynn Evans-Boardman (Jerry), Gerald Holderith Evans (Mary), and Mary Dale Evans Siegrist (Mike) and three grandchildren Sara Nicole Siegrist, Ryan Matthew Evans, and Amy Elizabeth Evans. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Garden of Memories chapel, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie on Saturday, October 13 at 2:00 PM. Visitation from noon until 2:00 P.M.
