Thomas Paul Langley, Jr., 84, of Metairie, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2018. Born in Birmingham, Alabama on September 28, 1933, he was the devoted husband to Norma Janis Wicker Langley (9/27/1938-1/26/2012).
Mr. Langley is survived by his loving daughter, Amanda L. Langley Cabral (Kevin M. Wheeler), his beloved grandson, Christopher C. Cabral, his cherished sister, Marjorie L. Ubele of Atlanta, Georgia, and his precious nieces and nephews.
Mr. Langley received his education at Vanderbilt and Tulane University. He was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, and a Korean veteran, serving in the Air Force. Mr. Langley stood firm in his faith, his love of his family, and his passion for life-long learning.

A burial for Thomas and his beloved wife, Jan, will be held at Walker Memory Gardens, 692 AL-5, Jasper, Alabama 35503 on November 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
