If a life well lived is measured by the lives you’ve touched, Abraham Arjona lived a great big life—full of love, family, friends, and flowers.
Born on October 27, 1971, in Panama City, Panama, he was the youngest of four siblings and the life of the party—the kind of person you never forget once you meet.
One of those unforgettable encounters happened when he met his lifelong friend, life partner, and wife of 28 years, Cindy. They were childhood neighbors in Panama, best friends in adolescence, and became husband and wife after a chance encounter following their separate moves to the United States.
Family was everything to Abraham. Cindy and their two daughters—Ashley, 30, and Natalie, 29—were his reason for being and his greatest joy.
He was a devoted son who lovingly welcomed his mother into his home, a caring brother who cherished the company of his siblings—Julio, Arlene, and Aristoteles—and a proud uncle, friend, and supporter of his nieces and nephews.
Abraham spent more than 30 years in the flower industry—fitting for someone who brought color and life wherever he went. But more than his work, it was his heart that left the biggest impression.
He wasn’t just a good friend—he was everyone’s best friend—and after 53 years of life, he leaves behind countless “flacas” and “broders” with his passing.
He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts—and not without giving us one last “¿Tú me copias? / You copy?” or a “Cógelo con take it easy.”
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noris T. Tudisco and Aristoteles A. Arjona. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; his daughters, Ashley and Natalie; his siblings, Julio, Arlene, and Aristoteles; and 10 nieces and nephews who will forever hold his memory close.
