I remember Alex as a kind loving person.  He was a very good
person and my faith tells me he is in the company of God, the Virgin Mary and all the Angels and Saints.
I pray for him often.  I also pray for Pande who has shown
tremendous Christian resignation.

Alex came into my life a little over 10 years ago, and while my heart aches that I was not able to reconnect this spring as planned, and had hoped to make a trip down this summer, I am grateful for the memories and the time we shared. He'll forever hold a place in my heart. To his beautiful mother and family in Miami, much love from MN. ~Domenica

Madeline, I am so heartbroken at this tragic news.  Alex was such a part of Max's life, and ours, when he was a boy in Minneapolis and beyond.   He grew up to be such a creative, kind and gentle soul. I'm so glad we got to see him, and you, at Max's wedding.   You were the best mother ever, and I can't imagine the grief you are feeling.
My heart goes out to you. We will always remember Alex, he was a wonderful man.
