Clarens Pressoir

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches, de 92 años, residente de Miami Florida, falleció en Miami el 1ro de Octubre del 2025.

Nacido el 18 de Marzo del 1933 en la ciudadad de Les Cayes, Haiti. Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches fue hijo de el Sr. Louis Pressoir y La Sra. Eliazanne Desroches. Dedicado a su amada esposa Sra. Nirva Pressoir casados por 55 años. Su entera dedicación a su familia, la cual siempre aseguro que su familia nunca les faltara nada y que sus hijos obtuvieran lo mejor. Los educó con sus principios y valores morales. Procuró proveer a sus hijos la mejor educación académica posible. Su corazón siempre dispuesto a ayudar a los demas. Su pasion a sus carreras de ingineria y profesorado universitario lo llevaron a los mas altos niveles en su vida. A lo largo de su vida fue conocido por ser jovial, alegre,sabía e inteligente.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches se graduó de La Universidad De Haiti con un título en Fisica-Quimica, Matematicas y Ingeniero Civil. Obtine su Maestria en Ingenieria Sanitaria de La Universidad De Mexico. Su primer trabajo como Ingeniero lo realiza en Haití. Luego se translado a Puerto Rico donde trabajó como Ingeniero de La Autoridad De Acueductos y Alcantarillados de Puerto Rico y Profesor de Fisica, Matematicas y Estadisticas para La Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico . Disfrutaba del mar, la naturaleza y compartir con familiares y amigos.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Clirvaens Pressoir (Lina Vanessa Rico), Helder Pressoir (Cristina Besson) y Axel Pressoir ( Verónica Pressoir). Su nuera Dominique Pressoir. Sus Nietas Natalie Pressoir, Bianca Pressoir, Karina Pressoir y Katrina Pressoir. Sus nietos Christopher Pressoir y Elijah Pressoir.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches fue precedido en la muerte por su amada esposa Sra Nirva Pressoir. Por su tercer hijo Clarens Jr. Pressoir y por su nieto Nickolas Pressoir.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches vivió una vida maravillosa y completa, alcanzando todas sus metas que se propuso en la vida. Una persona integra, precisa y honesta. El siempre será especial y único que vivió su vida con total plenitud con amor, salud y felicidad.

Que el recuerdo de Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches “ Papi Cla” viva siempre en los corazones de todos quienes le conocieron.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches, 92 years old, a resident of Miami, Florida, passed away in Miami on October 1, 2025.

Born on March 18, 1933, in the city of Les Cayes, Haiti, Eng. Clarens Pressoir Desroches was the son of Mr. Louis Pressoir and Mrs. Eliazanne Desroches. He was devoted to his beloved wife, Mrs. Nirva Pressoir, to whom he was married for 55 years. He was entirely dedicated to his family, always ensuring they never lacked anything and that his children received the very best. He raised them with strong principles and moral values, striving to provide them with the best education possible. His heart was always open to helping others. His passion for engineering and university teaching led him to the highest levels of success in his life. Throughout his years, he was known for being cheerful, joyful, wise, and intelligent.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches graduated from the University of Haiti with degrees in Physics-Chemistry, Mathematics, and Civil Engineering. He earned his Master’s degree in Sanitary Engineering from the University of Mexico. His first job as an engineer was in Haiti. He later moved to Puerto Rico, where he worked as an engineer for the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority and as a professor of Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. He enjoyed the ocean, nature, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his children Clirvaens Pressoir (Lina Vanessa Rico), Helder Pressoir (Cristina Besson), and Axel Pressoir (Verónica Pressoir); his daughter-in-law Dominique Pressoir; his granddaughters Natalie Pressoir, Bianca Pressoir, Karina Pressoir, and Katrina Pressoir; his grandsons Christopher Pressoir and Elijah Pressoir.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mrs. Nirva Pressoir, his third son Clarens Jr. Pressoir, and his grandson Nickolas Pressoir.

Ing. Clarens Pressoir Desroches lived a wonderful and fulfilling life, achieving all the goals he set for himself. He was a man of integrity, precision, and honesty. He will always be remembered as a special and unique person who lived his life to the fullest—with love, health, and happiness.
