I have not seen Donald in too many years. I remember vacationing in Miami many times. One time Donald and were goofing around and his Doberman bit my foot protecting him. So many years later it is still a favorite memory!  Much love to the family. 

Donald was always a gentleman,  wonderful husband and family man. David and I are very sorry to learn of your demise.  Praying for you and your family at this difficult moment. 

It is with a heavy heart that I offer my deepest sympathy to Don's family and friends.  Don and I met at Southern Bell back in the 70's.  We worked at hand splicing 1800 pair cables to Southern Bell Headquarters at mid way mall. At the end of the work day we would check the cable air pressure at a couple of manholes.  Instead of using a ladder  to climb into the hole,  Don and I would lock our right arm's together and he would lower me down and lift me out of the man hole. Don was  the strongest guy that I ever worked with.  And he was one of the nicest too!  I am saddened to here of his passing.  Billy Van Deusen

Donnie, your were always a great friend throughout the years! You will forever be in our hearts and prayers!  Till we meet again my friend!  This is Maddog saying goodbye!

Donald or Poppop to me was a the most wonderful person to be a grandfather. He introduced me to the world of sci-fi through Star Wars and Star Trek. He took my family and me around the country and back. He even dealt with me when I forgot to walk to school and needed a ride. He is a man I’ll never forget, a man I can never forget. He showed his love for me my whole life and I was getting ready to give him my whole world as I was growing. So it’s sad that this happened, but I’m still glad to have had his guidance, his company, his support and most importantly his unconditional love.

My sincere condolences to the entire family . Donald or (Uncle Donald) as I knew him for more then 10 yrs was always a kind and accepting man.
 I  enjoyed his unique humor,  whitty  personality and  outlook.  I  will always  remember  the times spent  with him at Disney, family functions, and bowling  through out the years . God bless 🙏

Thanks for the memories... all the good times, and tough, you were always an encouragement. The times in the work shed, the craftsmanship you taught me...what fun! Our camping trip , with all the rain, but boy did we farkle!!!  You sure will be missed, but always in our heart...

Camping at Luke’s when Carlos was 5 with junior and the owner of Bay Rag. Sorry can’t remember his name. Never seen so much food.
