God, in His infinite wisdom, saw fit to call you home so soon -- too soon. We don't know why -- all we do know is that it hurts, and it hurts very deeply. Your life touched so many people in such a positive way; you lived your faith and gave us all hope for eternity.  See you "over there", my dear friend, when it's our turn to answer the roll. To Shonda, Edwin, David, Sonny, Sylvia, all of those grandsons he was so proud of, and to the rest of the family, hold on to the faith that he talked about. Let us live our lives in such a way that we can see our loving Edwin "Curly" on the other shore.
