Elvira “Toti” Tris, 92, of Miami, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. Born on April 18, 1933, in Cuba, Toti lived a full and vibrant life, always embracing joy and color in everything she did.
A proud business owner, she ran her own store with dedication and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Known for her fun-loving nature and zest for life, she brought warmth and laughter to all who knew her. Toti had a deep love for bright colors and never missed an opportunity to celebrate the beauty of life, which was displayed by her unique hats she loved to create.
Toti is preceded in passing by her beloved husband, her parents, and her brother. She is survived by her loving family, who will forever cherish her memory and the love she gave so freely.
In honoring her wishes, the family kindly requests that attendees of her services refrain from wearing black. Instead, please wear bright, joyful colors to celebrate her life and spirit — just as she would have wanted.
Toti will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
