He met his wife of 65 years, Neida E. Hernandez, at church.

Their children are Beatriz S. Fuller (Craig), Damaris S. Garcia (Victor) and Adela S. Lopez. Grandchildren are Felipe Soto (Chantia), Emilio Lopez (Yairis), Alex Lopez (Katerina), Katherine Krupa (Nick), Christopher Fuller (Laura), Victor Garcia (Jacquelin), Grant Garcia (Elizabeth) and Natalia Garcia (Austin). Great Grandparent of Adriana, Isabella, Jovani, Caden, Cataleya, Colton, Summer, Hailey and John, his beloved niece Celia Rodriguez (Hector) and nephew Luis Aldarondo (Ana).

Emilio was a very proud and grateful American. After leaving his country of birth, Cuba, in 1967, he was employed at Yale Ogron Windows and Doors in Hialeah where he rose to the position of plant manager until he retired at the age of 70.

He was a great family man, enjoying Sunday dinners after church with his mother and sister’s family.

He loved watching baseball, boxing, soccer, FOX News and the Weather Channel.
