Gracias por haber sido un hombre con tanto amor hacia tu familia y por haberme incluido siempre como parte de ella.  Gracias por haber sido excelente abuelo a mis sobrinos y a todos tus nietos, excelente padre a tus hijos, yernos y a tu nuera, e increíble mejor amigo a mi hermano.  Te recordaremos siempre con mucho amor.   Coco.  


My condolences to the entire Romero family. My fondest memories of my youth. Every time I visited your house I would see your dad working to make sure the entire apartment complex looked outstanding. He was always concerned about why I was so skinny (flaco) and would insist I had seconds at the table (LOL).  He always encouraged me to stay in school. I still remember the look on his face when I visited your house in my navy uniform. I could see how proud he was of me. I was so happy that I got to see your mom and dad after 20 some years.  That was a reunion I could have never passed on. Your father welcomed me since day one and I always thought of him as a father figure and a man I respected  Immensely . I will miss him dearly.
