Jose Fernandez, a resilient and devoted individual, passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on January 18, 1956, in Havana, Cuba, Jose was a cherished resident of Miami, Florida.

He is survived by his loving family, including his daughters Melisa Urra and Yoquelin Hernandez, sons-in-law Yoa Hernandez and William Urra, and four beloved grandchildren. Jose was known for his deep love of family time and his interest in World War II stories, which he often shared with those close to him.

A committal service will be held at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West, located at 14001 NW 178th St, Miami Lakes, FL 33018, on September 12, 2025, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.

Jose Fernandez will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
