Lois Rose Howell affectionately known as “Patsy” passed away on August 28, 2018. Lois was a vibrant soul, one who literally lit up a room whenever she entered. She was blessed with the ability to always look for the positive in everything. Lois is survived by her husband James, daughter Cheryl, grandson Justin, Sisters Sislyn (Dee) and Goldie, nieces, nephews and numerous family and friends.
