Olga Ospina de Zuloaga, 95, of Armenia, Colombia, passed away on March 1, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Olga was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, Jaime Antonio Zuloaga , Sr. She's survived by her 5 children Jaime A. Zuloaga, Jr. (Berthica) Dario Zuloaga (Suzanne), Olga Hanek (John), Luz Freire (Mike), Martha Bermudez (Gunther); 13 grandchildren: Jaime Juan, Vanessa, Christina, Alex. Dario Mck, Stephen, Mercedes, Cathy, Andrew, Natasha, Tatiana, Nikole, and Karina; 8 great grandchildren: Kyleigh, Lyla, Sophia, Davis, Tristan, Charlotte, Victoria and Veronica. She is survived by her sister Isabel Ospina and numerous nieces and nephews in Miami and Colombia, South America.
Olga and her family migrated from Colombia to Miami in 1965. They lived in the same house since their arrival. Olga was a wonderful, wife, mother, homemaker and friend to many. She was a positive influence to all who came in touch with her. She was a talented seamstress and a terrific cook. Family unity was her life priority and her home was always open to family and friends. She made everyone feel special.
Olga will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her, who are all very proud to have had her light in their lives.
