Roman Suarez passed away on October 30th, 2019 in Miami, FL, surrounded by family. Roman was born in Guanajay, Cuba, on May 22nd, 1957. After immigrating to the United States with his mother, Roman attended Montclair State University in New Jersey and was married to his wife Olivia, in 1981, before moving to Miami. Roman had three children, Stephen, Kristina, and Eric. He was grateful for his long and rewarding career with Allstate Insurance, where he built lifetime bonds with many of his incredible colleagues.
Roman was preceded by his mother, Caridad Melo, and is survived by his wife, children, grandson Fritz, son-in-law Tyler, daughter-in-law Hayleen, and many loving friends and neighbors.
Roman spent his life working hard, traveling when he could, joking constantly and taking care of everyone around him. He was proud of the life that he and Olivia built for their family. He will be carried with them wherever they go and he will be missed until the end of time.
Roman was laid to rest on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019, at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, in Miami, Florida.
