Obituary – Shelia C. Lowndes: 75 of Miami, FL and Kingston, Jamaica, passed away on July 27, 2017. She was born on November 26, 1941 to parents, Harold Carvalho and Cathleen Carvalho (nee Fortella). She is survived by her husband Weston H. Lowndes, children, Debbie Lowndes, Michele Martin (nee Lowndes), and Tracey Lowndes LeeTom and sisters, Olga Campbell (nee Carvalho), Norma Lazarus (nee Carvalho), and Flo Debue (nee Carvalho). She also leaves behind many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
