Carwen Lee Foust

Age 88 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on September 23, 1926 in Dayton to the late, Orville and Beulah (Stebbins) Foust. Also preceding him in death are sisters, Rosella (Charles) Miller and Annis Foust. Carwen is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Glenna (Troutman) Foust; children, Gary (Corazon) Foust and Barbara (Michael) Troup; grandchildren, Shirley, Anna, Andrea, Nina, Carrie and Mark; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 1 great-great-great grandchild; siblings, Richard, Jim, Alice, Wanda and Rachel and many other extended family and friends. Carwen owned Foust Builders: Home construction and Remodeling. He belonged to the Midwest Tool Club; collecting Stanley Tools and was a member of the Ohio Tool Club. There will be a visitation from 10:00am-11:00am on Wednesday, January 14 at St. James United Methodist Church, 401 Carlwood Dr. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, followed by the funeral service at 11:00am with Pastor Deb Holder officiating. Interment at Highland Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. James United Methodist Church or Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420, in memory of Carwen.
