‘Bud’, age 86 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Hillsprings of Springboro. Chester was preceded in death by his first wife, Sharlene R. Tipton (1998) and his second wife, Peggy Ann Rose-Tipton in September 2014. He is survived by children, Pete (Darla) Rose, Shane Rose, Dusty (Julie) Rose, Wendy (Dale) Hartzell; grandchildren, Joshua (Kendra) Rose and Jenny (Russ) Hogart, Hunter and Regan Rose, Jonah and Gabriel Hartzell, Wyatt, Demi and Fletcher Rose; great-grandchildren, Joshua Finn Rose, Lily, Rory and Zoey Hogart; siblings, Mary Samuels, Rhoda Goins and Faye Amster. Chester retired from GM. Family and friends may visit from 6-7:00 pm on Thursday, October 1 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 East Linden Ave. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm on Thursday, with Pastor Joe Getts officiating. He will be laid to rest in Hillgrove Cemetery at a later date.
