He was born April 14, 1996 in Dayton, Ohio. Trey had recently been employed as a manager at Petco in Middletown. He enjoyed reptiles and fish and liked building terrariums and aquariums. Trey will always be remembered as loving, giving, inspiring, kind, creative, caring, and intelligent.
Trey is survived by his parents, Daryl Rodney Phelps II and Amy (Millonig) Phelps; siblings, Allison and Chris Phelps; grandparents, Debbie Mock, Art Millonig, Susan Millonig, and Daryl R. (Kim) Phelps; aunts and uncles, Wendy Phelps (Jeff Mitchell), Sarah (Andy) Phelps Pressel, Lindsay (Roy) Lester, Jason Phelps, and Kelly (Mark) Kilbride; as well as numerous cousins and extended family members.
A viewing will be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, July 31, 2020 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Following the viewing, Trey will be cremated and a graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing rules will be in place and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
