She was a graduate of Miamisburg High School in 1982, a Registered Nurse in 1984 from Kettering School of Nursing and received a BSN from Capital University. Donna worked for Premier Health Partners for thirty years and in Risk Management for ten years. She was a member of Southbrook Christian Church. She lived a life filled with strength and grace.
She is survived by her mother; daughter, Molly Bustillo; sisters, Lauren (John) Miller and Cheryl (Hal) Maletta-Trujillo; granddaughter, Adele Bustillo and her mother Ann Deckard. She was preceded in death by her father and son, Zachary Bustillo.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 – 4 pm on Sunday August 19, 2018 at the Southbrook Christian Church, 9095 Washington Church Road, Miamisburg, where the memorial service will follow at 4 pm.
