I am so saddened to hear of Fairie's passing. She was a wonderful cousin and I loved her dearly. My Dad was her uncle,Everett Wayne Everage.

I remember as children how we would see you when our family visited in Kentucky for special events or funerals.  We, too, are enduring Alzheimer's with Daddy, so we understand what you have been through.  Our prayers are for the comfort and peace of your family at this time. Dear Family of Fairie A. Watts, You are in the hearts and prayers of my family, especially during this time of sadness.  May the loving memories you hold in your hearts help fill the void.  I am a member of the Indiana Willie & Sophie Everage-Gibson Family.  My sister, Corine, brothers, Bill, Jr., TG, Cecil, Mallie and I have many loving memories of Cousin Fairie.  We would travel back to the mountains of Kentucky to visit at Christmas, and Fairie, a young teacher in her early 20's, took me (age 9) to school with her and introduced me to her students.  She made an impression, and a difference in my life, as I shared prayer with she and her students and said the Pledge of Allegiance.  She taught us how to stand properly with the left arm behind the back and the right hand over the heart.  Her kindness and goodness will go on forever because she touched so many young lives in her teaching profession.  God entrusted her with a big responsibility, and she honored that trust because her life here on earth was a strong witness to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
