Kenneth is survived by his siblings, Joan Dillon of Miamisburg and David (Kathy) Woodard of Ann Arbor, Michigan; his daughter, Stephanie Lancaster of Kettering; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Pauline Woodard, and his sisters, Debbie Woodard, Diane Reed, and Karen Shipman.
Kenneth began his career at Liberal Markets, but found his true calling in real estate, working in Miamisburg with Ray Rottelini and other companies, as well as in South Florida for many years. His success was attributed to his charismatic nature and his great sense of humor.
A man who lived life on his own terms, Kenneth was passionate about collecting autographs from musical legends such as Keith Richards, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Greg Allman. He served in the Air Force in the late sixties and occasionally volunteered at the Dayton VA. Kenneth was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, and his faith was an important part of his life.
