He was born June 6, 1960 in Dayton, the son of Theodore and Ruby (Cencebaugh) Howell.
Malcolm enjoyed fishing and hunting; and was an avid NASCAR fan. His two favorite drivers were Dale Earnhardt #3 and Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88. Malcolm’s true joy in life was spending time with his family and his world revolved around his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Marc) Ferrell of Franklin and Jennifer Howell of Mexico Beach, FL; grandchildren, Hailey, Marc, Ruby, and Abi; his great friend and partner, Alice Bush; brother, Ted (Mona) Howell of Middletown; sisters, Cheryl (Randy) Mayes of Beattyville, KY and Rita Hull of Hillsboro; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Malcolm was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Tammy Howell, who passed on Easter Sunday 2016.
