Rose Marie Parson

Age 86 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014. She was born on December 7, 1928 in Martin, KY to the late, Harry Sterling and Virginia Opal (Hinkle) Martin. Also preceding her in death is her husband of 47 years, Kenneth F. Parson; sons, David Field Parson, Kenneth Lee Parson and sister, Elinor Martin. Rose is survived by sons, Kevin (Jeri) Parson, Mark (Lynn) Parson; daughter-in-law, Donna Parson; grandchildren, Jamie Hoskins, Paul Parson, Joshua, Daniel and Andrew Parson, Lee Parson, Angela Wisniewski; great-grandchildren, Chandler Hoskins, Parker Hoskins; Piper Parson, Alex Wisniewski and many other extended family and friends. Rose worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years of faithful service at the Dayton VA Hospital. She has been a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg. Friends and family may visit from 10am-11am on Thursday, December 11 at the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg, 323 North Eleventh St. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Funeral service will follow at 11am with Pastor Stephen Spurgin officiating. Rose will be laid to rest on Friday, December 12 in Martin, KY.
