Barbara Postek, age 66, went home to be with the Lord on October 19, 2022. She was born in Barberton and graduated from Barberton High School class of 1974. She later settled in West Virginia, for the rest of her life. She worked for sometime at Slivercreek Ski Resort. She loved the state of West Virginia, the mountains, peacefulness and scenery. She enjoyed feeding, watching the deer and birds in her yard. And she loved her cats.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Wilma (Heim) Postek. She is survived by the long-time love of her life Max Sapp. Her brothers Richard (Pat) Postek of Barberton, Thomas Postek of Dexter, Missouri and sister Ann (Dave) Filo of Chippewa Township. Three nieces Jennifer, Janet and Jessica Postek. Along with two nephews Matthew and Adam Filo.
