Carl D. Gyor, age 63, beloved father of Heather M. Traxler (Matt), passed away Tuesday August 4, 2020. Doug is survived by sister Jacqueline Murphy, brother Dale Gyor (Kathy), brother David Gyor (Andra). Uncle Dougie was the proud uncle of April Haynam (Aaron), Mary Winks (Corey), Lain and Langston Wilson as well as his great nieces and nephews Saryn, Ethan, Carl and Lovey. There are many cherished memories in the hearts of his dear friends Kathi and Marc. Doug was preceded in death by his father Carl A. and mother Lovey Mae (Nord). Doug always had the happiness of Heather first in his heart; he will be watching over her for eternity. Doug shared a special bond with his sister Jackie and enjoyed spending time with his brother Dale in the garage. Doug was an avid cyclist and bicycling was a lifetime passion. He shared many memorable trips with his brother Dave. You could often find Doug listening to his music loudly. Doug retired from NOMBL and formed many lifetime friendships during his time there. He will be forever in our hearts. There will be no service at this time. When we can gather safely the family will have a celebration honoring his life.
