Carole. I will always be grateful for your expertise, empathy and support. On a lighter note, although AT &T has continued to fail & disappoint me, the "Rogaine" continues to do what it is supposed to. Rest in peace my spirit sister.

Carole was simply the best. She helped with my transition to retirement. Rest in peace will forever  be grateful to her!

I'm so very sorry to hear of Carole's passing. She was of invaluable assistance in solving problems with mine and many others' retirement benefits.  We never met in person, but enjoyed several enjoyable, spirited phone conversations. She will be greatly missed.

I never met Carole in person.  However, I had the pleasure of speaking with her through phone calls several times. I had a Retiree benefit problem and Carole was willing to jump right in and fight for my rights.  Ultimately, with Carole's help we were able to resolve the problem, which resulted in a significant monetary savings for me.  Thank You Carole

I never met Carole personally, but her endless effort to help retirees of AT&T was very much appreciated.  She guided me to make sound benefit decisions.  Her efforts will not be forgotten.  She earned her place in heaven.  My condolences to her family.

I was always impressed working with Carole.  I never met her but spoke with her on several occasions. I even volunteered to call retirees on her behalf to thank them for their membership in AASBCR.  She always fought for our retirees. She was very compassionate and kind. She indeed had a great impact on change with AT&T.

Carole helped me a lot with advice when I  turned 65. I'll remember that always. Thank you Carole.

My deepest sympathies and condolences to all of Caroles family, friends and of those folks she impacted. She touched many lives and is greatly missed. Carole definitely payed it forward.

I never met Carole, but she was so helpful to me in so many ways after my retirement from Ameritech and with the experience I had when I converted to Uverse. She had a wealth of knowledge about so many areas of the company. Her legacy lives on. RIP, Carole. I can just imagine your wonderful reunion with Tom.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Carol but we spoke on the phone. She helped me with my steps with AON and I appreciated every bit of help she gave to get the problem taken care. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends and may she rest in peace.
