Dennis J. Zurek

DENNIS J. ZUREK, age 78. Beloved husband of Debra Zurek (nee Sanson). Loving father of Dennis Zurek (Linda Stane) and Jennifer Kozlowski (Robert). Cherished grandfather of Layla and Gianna Kozlowski. Dear brother-in-law of Nate Sanson (Charlotte) and Anthony Sanson (Theresa). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Dennis was a man of great integrity and a strong work ethic. He worked at Eaton Corp for 37 years as a computer applications programmer. Dennis was an avid Cleveland sports fan and loved listening to talk radio. Known for his sense of humor, he brought smiles to everyone who knew him. Dennis would let everyone know when the lottery was over $400M, a reminder of his fun-loving nature. He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Dennis’s memory to the National MPS Society (designated to MPS VI research) at MPSsociety.org

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Monday October 27, 2025, St. Joseph Catholic Church (12700 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends on SUNDAY October 26, 2025, from 1 pm – 4 pm at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
