My most sincere condolences to the family, including the J Bella family and friends. I didn’t know Nick, but as a long time patron of J Bella, it is obvious that their food is cooked with a lot of love and I just know that he will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Nick, and healing peace to all.

No matter how short his time with us was,He was put on this earth for a reason, if not to bring joy to all he touched. It is with heavy heart that we send all family and friends our deepest sympathies and know our thoughts and prayers are with you

I remember the day we brought him home and the total LOVE a parent has for their child. This loss is going to hit really hard, I am so afraid of whats to come. I have memories, lots of them. I remember the meals Nick cooked for me and how darn delicious they were !!! No wonder I could never loose a pound. He definitely had a talent. I remember our camping trips when he was young and the fun we had. And before you knew it he was a teenager who didn't want to hang with mom, than a grown man with a life of his own. All in the blink of an eye. Nick still lived with me but that was never a problem, he came, I went, and I truly loved every minute of having him here. He loved his kitty Jackson and tolerated our rescue Charlie. Both I think, are a bit confused right now, as am I. How can this have happened? Nick was a hard worker at work but a mess maker at home leaving a trail where ever he went. I am going to miss those trails. I'm going to miss everything about him.

My heart is broken to hear of this tragic loss! Please know that for the all too brief time Dominic lived, his life was filled with love and possibilities he would not have had except for you and your family. Mom and I will continue to pray for peace and comfort in the days and weeks ahead.

Seems like yesterday when Nick came into your lifes. I was a temporary stand in father for a few months when I gave him a nickname ( no pun) Paloocho, which was the brand name of his baby clothes that we got him. Apparently Nick enjoyed his job as chef as well as life itself. Surely he will be missed by all . Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Very sad
