Gordon J. Hofman passed on May 13, 2026, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (nee Pine) and companion of Hilda Whittimore; devoted father of Allen (Deborah), Steven (Cindy), Frank, George Whittimore (deceased), Sandra Jarrell, and Angelina Whittimore; cherished grandfather of Julia (Austin), Kirstynn, Heather, Alex, Nick, Felicia, Thomas, Justin (Mackenzie), Cristina, Heather (Michael), Ashley (Brett), Brandon (Hannah), and great-grandfather of 10; dear brother of Richard (deceased)(Judy) and Norman (deceased); caring uncle and friend of many.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 276 E. Bagley Rd., Berea, OH 44017. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment With Military Honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
