Ioan Ghise, age 89, of Medina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Ioan was born February 5, 1932 in Poiana Sibiului, Romania.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Lucia Maria, loving father of Cornelia Ghise and Ioan "Lucian" (Doinita) Ghise, dearest grandfather Lucian (Damaris) Ghise, and Dan (Iuliana) Ghise, Claudiu Ghise and Andreea Ghise, and dear friend of many.

Family will receive friends Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 4-8 PM at Buna Vestire Romanian Orhtodox Cathedral 7140 Fitch Rd. Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138, where Funeral Services will be held Monday 10 AM.

Saracusta Service will be held Sunday evening, December 12, 2021, at 7 PM.

Interment Woodvale Cemetery.
